Oats Super Breakfast: Gluten-Free and Dairy-Free

My number 1 breakfast choice for every weekend is my Super Oats Porridge with Freshly Squeezed Juice! I have created a formula that makes the otherwise boring porridge turn into a fun and delicious breakfast. It is free of gluten and dairy products,  and yet this breakfast contains all the carbs, proteins, fibers and vitamins and gives you enough energy for the first half of the day until lunch time. And it is all organic! 

This breakfast is super healthy, super easy to preapre and will not take more then 10-15 min.

Ingredients for the oats porridge:

1 dl (or 100g) Organic Oats

3 dl filtered soft Water from the Brita filter (or Tap of course 🙂

1 dl Organic Oat Drink (or Rice or Soya drink)

1 Organic Red Apple

1 tsp Organic Cinnamon

1/2 tsp Organic Bee Pollen

1/2 tsp salt

Ingridents for the juice: 

3 Organic Oranges

1/2 Organic Kiwi

2 tbsp Fresh Mynt Leaves

1 tsp Fresh Ginger

 

Prepration: 

In a casserole pour the oats and the water and add the salt. Bring to the boil and cook and mix for 5 min until the oats have turned into porridge. Place in a bowl. Add the oats drink(or rice or soya drink) and the Bee Pollen. Mix well. Cut the red apple in cubes and top it on the porridge. Top with the cinammon. Mix all well before starting the eat.

Squeeze the juice from the oranges and mix it well in a mixer together with the kiwi, mynt leaves and ginger for about 1-2 minutes.

Here this poorridge is also a perfect breakfast addition for the Christmas tabled. Its red colored apples and the taste of cinnamon make a perfect christmas taste! Although I like eating this breakfast all year around.
